On the 27th of September 2018, 16 participants (subgrantees and partners) of the project SouthmedWIA, a project funded by EU, gathered to participate to the workshop “Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning”, located in Casa Mediterraneo in Alicante. The workshop was designed and facilitated by our Evalchange consultant Ibtissem Jouini.
The workshop objectives were to assist the participants to:
- understand the potential use and applicability of MEAL systems and tools
- understand why and how to integrate a Gender dimension specifically through gender sensitive indicators
- recognize the weaknesses and forces of their existing data collection methods and tools and how to enhance them.
